An arrow shows where the team wants a practice to get to. It can point in any direction: more mature, more key to the stage, or both. The practice's record then says where it is heading, such as "Good, heading to Best".

  1. Open the stage's maturity map and choose Edit.
  2. In the Add toolbar above the graph, choose Movement. The line beside the toolbar says "Drag from a practice to where it should get to."
  3. Drag from the practice's circle to where it should get to, and let go. The arrow is saved.

Press Escape, or choose Movement again, to put the tool down.

With the keyboard, choose Movement, move to the practice with Tab and press Enter. Move the arrow's end with the arrow keys, and press Enter to save it or Escape to cancel.

Change or remove the arrow

In edit mode:

  • drag the arrowhead to a new place to change where the practice is heading;
  • drag the arrowhead back onto the practice to remove the arrow;
  • or click the arrow to select it and press Delete.

A practice has at most one arrow on each stage's maturity map.
